California Derby Officials (CDO) staffed Events

CDO is staffing the following Roller Derby Events. To Officiate any of these Events, please create a Stave account at https://stave.app/ . All of our bouts will be staffed with Stave until further notice. So to apply for anything, you’ll just click the link from this here newsletter, maybe log in, and then choose the positions you want to work. It will be much much easier than the google forms for us, and it should also be easier for you. If you have any questions or troubles please email them to us at cdo-leadership@googlegroups.com – the most important thing to us is that you can apply for games you want to work, so if you hate it, tell us!

Note: We are moving to use name cues for penalty calls for games on or after May 1st. Name cues will be set beforehand and confirmed in the Captains’ meeting, and relayed to the crew by the crew heads. If you are staffed for May games and unwilling to use name cues, please let the Staffer know.

2026-05-09 - Heart’s Delight Roller Derby vs. Floodwater Roller Derby. Regulation game, first whistle expected at 5pm. Roosevelt Outdoor Roller Hockey Rink 901 E. Santa Clara St., San Jose, CA 95116! 2026-06-27 - North Bay Derby hosts a triple-header, one sanctioned game and two CDG Comets games! First whistles at 1:30pm, 3:30pm, and 5:30pm, at their usual space at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Toad didn’t set up an application yet but mark your calendars!
